new project idea.
1. wire frame sculpture.
2. submerged/sunken protruding or exiting.
3. object extends out of frame.
4. the walking dead.
these are the rules i created over the last few days. Im a big fan of perspective , 3d and space so obviously sculpturing something was the next go to idea.
Then there was the day when i had to catch up on the walking dead season 2, so it seemed like a great fit to do a project on melee weapons.
Wire frame stuff didnt seem to be too hard but i havnt done any projects where it was my idea so i thought of a helmet with a horn on it. That way its wire frame, protruding, and the horn goes out the frame. I made it in about 3 hours. All i did to secure it to the backboard with holes and a little extra length to bend and tape down on the back. I think ill buy some nice wood for the melee project but this helmet was just for testing. I think it looks ok.
i have another idea that plays on the classic “in case of zombies, break glass” boxes. more on that later.
